This face-to-face workshop with help guide you to successfully project manage your self-build. From an introduction to project management, our self-build experts will take you through key aspects of running your project. From budget and time management, through to health & safety and planning, this event will give you some essential knowledge to undertake your own self-build project.

  • Construction information management - Manage complex information of construction, including valuable resources to deliver your project
  • Time management - How to stay on track, manage your budget and putting a programmed plan in to action
  • Managing budget - Understand the costs involved in construction, and learn how to establish a realistic budget and manage cash flow
  • Managing a quality build - How to achieve a quality home by implementing plan checks, and learn to understand inspection points required for timber-frame buildings
  • Health & safety management - Discover building regulations and how to operate a safe site
