Project Overview:

This single-story contemporary home features a modern flat roof and expansive living area. Steel beams create an open-plan space with high ceilings to fit with the architectural design.

The south-facing aspect is glazed with an external canopy for solar shading to be installed after this phase of the build.

The project has been built to accommodate an MVHR and air source heat pump with the option to allow for PV panels on the roof within our engineering to take the extra load.

This a great opportunity to see a Kingspan ULTIMA timber frame structure and hear how we worked collaboratively with the customer and architect to deliver this project.

The design:

• Single-storey property with a flat roof
• 3 bedrooms
• 3 bathroom, 2 of which are en-suite
• GIA 225m2
• Built with Kingspan ULTIMA
• Large central open-plan living area with an extended ceiling
• External canopy to be fitted for solar shading
• MVHR, air source heat pump, and PV panels

On the day

Senior Contracts Manager, Steve Tozer, and National Sales Manager, Paul Duffin, will be on site to greet you, and show you around the build. They will be available throughout to answer your questions having worked with the client during their time with us.

Please wear sensible footwear (no open-toe footwear allowed) and use the PPE provided on arrival.
